Grab your glue gun, we're going in! This hobbyist's tool set has a good working glue gun and a host of other handy tools for delicate arts-and-crafts projects. Also included is a high-quality spring-loaded pair of minipliers with a wire-cutting edge. We were also impressed with the tweezers. These aren't your dinky pull-a-sliver-out-of-your-finger tweezers, but a serious tool that fits comfortably in the hand and is easy to control when performing delicate work. The miniature screwdriver set is perfect for everything from repairing eyeglasses to assembling tiny parts. You get two Phillips screwdrivers and two similarly sized slotted screwdrivers. Among the handiest tools in the kit are the small spring clamps. They have easy-to-grip rubber on the handles, and are just the right size for holding small, freshly glued wood pieces together. You also get a handy magnifying glass, a small utility knife, some sharp-angled cutting shears, and a spring-loaded 6-foot tape measure. MOST LONG-TIME HOBBYISTS WILL HAVE PURCHASED MOST OF THESE ITEMS, BUT FOR THE BEGINNERS OR THE HOBBYIST WANNABES, THIS IS AN IDEAL GIFT. THE PRICE IS GREAT, AS IS THE NECESSITY OF THE ITEMS IN THE SET.
