I have had this book for about 6 months and have loved almost every recipe I've made. They are not just good, they are fantastic! I don't like the way it is organized--it's not very user-friendly, but after trying the recipes, it was worth it for the delicious food! Easy recipes and everyone keeps complimenting me on my cooking! This is now my favorite cookbook and I always use it when I'm having company or bringing a dish to share.

It's a good cookbook with many simple easy to prepare recipes. It's not laid out very well, should have been in more of a menu format rather than food category and there aren't very many pictures of the completed products. You're guessing at what the fully cooked item should look like. But otherwise it does have a lot of useful recipes.

The recipes are fantastic, I have made 5-6 dishes so far and all are keepers. All the recipes you can make in under an hour. You can trust this book because it was tested by people just like you and me!! The editors need a little help though, have found many typos and spacing errors. Haven't had any mistakes with the recipe ingredients though... great book.

Recipes are easy to understand and every one I've tried has been very good and very delicious.
I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys cooking but doesn't have a lot of patience for
complicated, time consuming recipes.

I like to cook and my collection of cookbooks numbers into the hundreds. While I love to make recipes from famous chefs and restaurants, I find that they don't always fit my schedule or yield results that warrant the time spent on the preparation. I'm always on the lookout for quick recipes that have lots of flavor and I have found quite a few of them in this book. I agree that the organization of the book (by time rather than by course or food category) leaves much to be desired, but that's a small thing compared to the delicious results I've gotten from the recipes.

Received this item it is like new it shipped quickly great price and I would shop from this seller again.
