So far I have tried several biscotti recipes, (Cranberry Pistachio Biscotti is my favorite), several spice cookies(Grandma Burnham's are the best), and most of the chocolate chippers. Every recipe makes wonderul cookies. Now, if I could just find pizzelle iron, I would be set.

This has become my favorite cookie cookbook. I've tried numerous recipes from this book and every one of them has been excellent. All the recipes have normal things in them and all of them have turned out just right. The only drawback - no pictures of the finished cookies.

I have been using the website [...]for several years now and it is one of my favorite places to find a good recipe. The most helpful thing on their site are the user comments and reviews which offer advice, tweaks and whether or not the recipe is worth trying. I can usually tell if a recipe will be good from the user rating. This book is a collection of the top rated cookie recipes.

The recipes are divided into 7 categories of cookie types: Chocolate & Chocolate Chip, Sugar Cookies, Oatmeal & Peanut Butter, Spice Cookies, Bar Cookies, Special Occasion Cookies and Cookie Mixes. Each recipe gives quantity, preparation time, and total cooking time. Nutritional information is NOT provided.

The only thing I don't like about the book is that there are no photographs.

You could probably find most of these recipes online, but it is nice to have them in one place to reference. The seller was very prompt, the book in excellent condition and would buy him/her again.

When the description of this cookbook said "GOOD condition," I was expecting it to be a little worn. It appears to just have been sitting on the shelf for awhile; it doesn't appear "used" at all! Thanks, and I will continue to look for this vendor in my future purchases!
