We were looking for a stand to sit on top of a bedroom dresser for a 37" flat panel LCD DVD to sit on, and to store our DVD and Roku players underneath. This fits the bill perfectly!

To address other reviewers concerns about it being scratched during shipment - ours was flawless upon delivery. It was inside a plastic bag, and the bag was inside a form fitted cardboard box, and that box was inside a shipping box packed with packing paper so it wouldn't move around during shipping. Perfect. Maybe they addressed the concerns previously mentioned on here since I don't see how they could have packaged it any better.

Also, we ordered on the weekend and actually received it on Monday! Talk about fast shipping!

The stand also looks nice, and fits in well with our decor. It is not "cheap looking" in my opinion.

you would think that items such as these would be a bit more elegant in person. but I found the wood used cheap, flimsy & w/visible cracks in the paint showing its white base color. It has been impossible to find another solution, so I ended up buying item. I cannot recommend. I will continue to search for a more suitable replacement & when I do I will bin this clumsy bit of aluminum & cheap wood.

Matches my "espresso finish" furniture pretty well. Looks better than the other TV stands on the market which are too "electronic" looking. A little flimsier than I imagined, but does the job of raising the TV just a bit, which is why I bought it. A DVD player or cable box fits nicely underneath.

Let's be honest, this is not a flashy, hi-tech piece of equipment. The Allsop TV stand simply elevates your TV and allows you room to put a cable box, video game system, or DVD player underneath the TV if you are tight on space or just need to create more room.

I used the free shipping option and actually received it in only 3 business days! Packaging was very good; it came in the Allsop box, which was then packed into an Amazon.com box complete with extra filler material so the item would not move around during shipping.

The paint job was pretty good. The only reason I rated this product a 4 instead of a 5 was becase there were a few very slight chips in the paint detailing. I just turned this side away when mounting it so it was not a big deal.

The product is sturdy and was easily able to handle our 41-inch flatscreen without any difficulty. It blends very nicely with the surrounding furniture and electronics.

I would definitely recommend this product to others. The price was a little high, but considering I found nothing else like it, I thought it was worth it for that reason, if nothing else.

THE ITEM ARRIVED IN FAIR CONDITION. ASIDE FROM THE PAINT CHIPPINGS ALONG BOTH EDGES WHERE THE WOOD BENDS, THE ITEM LOOKS NEW. I WAS GLAD TO SEE THAT THE ITEM IS WIDE ENOUGH TO FIT MY TRADITIONAL 32" TUBE TV (ROUGHLY 24" WIDE.)

We just upgraded our cable boxes to the new anyroom dvrs, so the new box in the second room was much smaller than the old one, and couldn't support the flat screen TV on top of it. So I ordered this particular stand after measuring it, and it fit perfectly in the entertainment center opening in the room. Set the small cable box in the bottom, the older DVD/VCR player on top, and placed the flat screen TV on top of the DVD/VCR player, and voila, perfect fit. Nice fit and finish and sturdy.

It's exactly what I expected based on the photos, and it's well-put-together and sturdy. Rubber feet keep it from sliding, or marring the surface you put it on. There's not much else to say!

Was exactly the right height and width for a 45" flat panel t.v.

Would have liked it in black to match the t.v. stand but very happy with it.

This stand fits my needs perfectly. I had a second television in my bedroom and needed a place to put the cable box under television. I did not need a swivel stand, which most of the other options included. The stand was the perfect size for my 32" lcd television and is very sturdy. Some other reviews indicated a problem with quality or condition - so I took a chance ordering it, but am very happy with my purchase.

This stand is quite nice and larger than expected. It is the perfect size for a 32 inch HDTV. Our cable box fits just fine in the space below. This is a perfect stand for people who have AV cabinets they need to accommodate. The price is also right on this TV stand. I recommend it without hesitation.
