I was skeptical of this product.. but I figured why not give a try?.. I thought it was a bit pricey but in the end, I recommend it.. Just like the info that comes with it states it takes a while to kick in.. you feel slight effect the first week, because its a subtle "drug" (I still call it a drug, to me a drug is anything that alters your natural state, but don't go running off because I said drug).. The next week I felt more of an effect, a good one though! It takes me forever to sleep.. but it just made me tired, like ahhh I need sleep, and I just went to bed that easy!Normally if you're like me, you leave the TV on, lay there, and then finally when you're like alright I'm really tired after 3 hours of laying there you shut off the TV and go to sleep... Well when I was taking these pills, I layed there for maybe 10 minutes and just shut off the TV and went right to sleep.. its great stuff... I also tried Tylenol PM, I consider much harder drug, it doesnt work as well.. I felt gross when I'd wake up, slightly sick, my body just did not like it... |
