I do agree, Allure is a very good CD. Especially "Never Look Directly Into a Disco Ball". Definitely good. BUT Jesus Elephant, the new Lorenzo Goetz CD, is SO much better. Their sound got better, and a little more funky, which I personally like more. Plus, it's a full length CD, instead of an EP. If they don't have it at your local music store, beg them, plead with them, make them order it for you. It's worth the 15 or so bucks.

Too cool for words...,

There's not much I can say about this album other than that... For only having six tracks, it's highly addictive. Lorenzo Goetz might not always make sense lyric-wise, but they're just a fun time. It' s my staple laundry cd. You can't help but feel cool listening to this while walking down the hallway, riding the elevator down to the basement with a basket of clothes and bottles of detergent and fabric softener."Never Look Directly into a Disco Ball" is a great road song, fun to dance to as well. |
