Bought for Christmas for my 31/2 year old daughter. She loved this. Space got a little tight to velco all the characters on here but a great way to teach a child about advent and chistmas. Quality seems better when compared to other items of a comparable price.

This is a nice-looking Advent calendar but there is not enough felt space to stick all the days' pieces on without it looking very crowded. Additionally, the pieces don't have enough hook-and-loop tape on the backs to keep them from drooping. I wouldn't buy this again and am considering returning it.

The calendar arrived much earlier than expected.
Quality is quite good, and kids can play with the calendar being aware of the remaining days for Christmas.
We are very happy with the calendar.

I purchased this because my sister just got the handmade Jesse tree calendar my mother made for us growing up. Like this calendar it has pockets for the symbols. The difference is that this calendar has handmade, sewn (probably with an embroidery machine) characters from the manger scene. I'm so excited to use it throughout Dec to add more people, animals and objects to the meaningful skeleton image of Mary and Joseph. (I'll make the Jesse tree symbols out of paper instead)

What a gem. This will save me hours of time of making individual ornaments like my mom had to do. It was only 40$ for a very nice product. I just noticed it is discontinued. Too bad- I was going to order several more to give out to family with children next year. Oh well, guess I enjoyed the last of the stock.
