Almay's liquid eye liner in purple amethyst is the perfect color for brown eyes.
I've always worn black liquid eyeliner but in the past few years black is just too dark for my aging eyes and brown eyeliner made my eyes look even older - This color is just perfect - dark but not as dark as black. You do not notice the purple/amethyst color at all, it just looks good. The applicator is excellent for getting the finest line just at the base of your lashes and goes on very smoothly. One stroke application and no need to fill missed spots or go over the first line to get it on evenly. I was introduced to this color by a family member when on vacation and I'm so happy that she gave me one so I could give it a try - it never would have occurred to me to buy a color other than the standard black or brown. Very pleased with the product, price and convenience of having a 2 pack so there's one for home and one to keep handy when the 1st one gets low on product. |
