This is excellent and I will purchase this again. I cannot imagine having to grind almonds instead when this is so easy.

Great flour for making low-carb pie crust. It tastes great! I make a lemon cream cheese pie with a almond flour pie crust. My family loves it and you can't tell it is low-carb.

Product was well packaged and shipped quickly. This is much less expensive than grocery store prices and it makes great cookies and pie crusts!

These people produce high quality foods, I have been impressed with everything I bought from them except the cheddar cheese (it tastes just like Kraft...good if you have very young children maybe). Almond meal is wonderful in desserts and not easy to find. It was very fresh, aromatic and tasty.

I recently decided to give up grains of all types, and have been able to use this almond flour for several things.

One of the greatest recommendations I have is to use it as the base for a crust (pie, cheesecake, tart) simply mix together this almond flour, vanilla whey protein powder, and melted butter. Pre bake and voila a delicious crust, you'll wonder why anyone wouldn't give up grains!

I like that this is not a mass produced product, and helps me support small business.

this almond flour is a delicious way of adding more fiber to your diet. it has a natural sweetness to its flavor palate, I use it to make crusts with, and is also gluten free. arrives in a heavy plastic bag, and is just a wonderful product.

I live in Puerto Rico, and finding almond flour is virtually impossible. I was thrilled to find this product at a reasonable price. I wish that I had ordered more--I used the almost the full pound within a week! I will definitely order this again.

I used an on-line recipe for making a graham cracker-like pie crust for the Atkin's lo carb peanut butter pie. It tastes wonderful! Next time I think I'll add a few drops of vanilla extract or a few sprinkles of cinnamon to the crust mixture just to punch up the flavor a bit more. I highly recommend this product. I'm keeping one package in the freezer to prolong freshness, and the one I opened to make the pie crust in the refrigerator, for the same reason. Sign me, A Happy Camper!

I use this almond meal to coat fish as well as add it to cakes, etc. I am gluten intolerant so this is a great substitute for flour in a number of recipes.
