Just got this in the mail today, from amazon.com. opened it up. flipped out the wrench part that adjusts your trucks turning stiffness... went to turn it to loosen my trucks and the wrench part broke off.

so disappointing... but u know what amazon. was very quick with the replacement... which i did not have to pay shipping for, and seems to be working just fine. so i guess i have to give it 3 stars. it's not amazon's fault the first one was defective or something.
