Almost Perfection,
By Kelly "Reviewer for The Sinfully Sensuous" (Littleton, Colorado) - See all my reviews (VINE VOICE) (REAL NAME)
This review is from: Almost Perfection (Coopers' Companions, Book Three) (Kindle Edition)
Brent Cooper was proud to be the top earner at Coopers Companions. Not only was he the top escort, but a partner as well. He knew he was gorgeous, and wasn't afraid to flaunt it. He also didn't tolerate anything less in the women he dated. He demanded perfection from the women he bedded for pleasure. When he met the new web designer they hired to work on their web page, he was shocked someone so beautiful did work he thought was relegated to computer geeks. Robin Howell was as perfect a woman as he had ever seen. She brought out feelings he hadn't ever had before, and it humbled him. He thought he had finally found his perfect woman until she removed her jacket, and his world crumbled.
I really disliked the character of Brent. He is an arrogant shallow shell of a man, and I didn't buy his complete overnight change. Someone that absorbed in himself cannot have a complete reversal in the span of a couple of days. The sex was hot, and while I am glad I read this one, it is not a keeper. |
