This album showcases the best of David Houston. If you are looking for a CD that you can listen to again and again, then you will love this. If you have never heard him before, click on some of the samples. These songs are from an era when all country singers didn't sound the same. If you like this album then you will no doubt like Don Gibson, but be sure and get the RCA recordings. You have to watch out for the re-recordings that some artists made, which never sound as good as the originals. This CD has the original recordings.

And if you are ever in Branson, Missouri, be sure and see the Shoji Tabuchi show. Shoji was on the same show with David Houston for many years when he was on tour, and if you like good fiddle playing you can see it live and in person at the Shoji Tabuchi show in Branson.

I am very pleased with this CD and would recommend it to anyone.

TRACK # 8 IS MY FAVORITE DAVID HOUSTON SONG OF ALL TIME IT'S REALLY A BEAUTIFUL SONG, REALLY SHOW'S OFF HIS VOICE.

These are the best songs from David(in my opinion).This cd has all the best of this artist, just as the title says.I'm very happy with this cd.Highly recommend.

It contains all the songs I wanted by David Houston.It is a well worth the price.

This CD is really great! It brings back many memories of the past when my husband and I went dancing every saturday night.
