A lot of research backing the use of aloe vera, and for those who doubt the cactus' healing properties, this book is for you!

I wanted more history about Aloe and received a few bits of information. Despite that, however, this brief essay gives a variety of health benefits of which I was aware. A quick and simple read and worth the price of admission.
