This is the most amazing stuff. Believe it or not, it is a no rinse product. Squirt some on the patient or on a wipe and clean the affected area. In addition to the more private parts of the patient, I also use it on the back or other areas which are prone to bed sores or other redness. It is wonderful. With this and with Calmoseptine for extreme cases, it is all you will ever need. I have been using it on a patient who hasn't got out of bed for a year.

I discovered Aloe Vesta 2-in-1 Perineal Skin Cleanser when I stayed in the hospital for abdominal surgery. The fragrance is natural, light, refreshing; and the cleansing action feels wonderful and never irritates my sensitive skin. This cleanser is so easy to use because it needs only to be sprayed or wiped on, and then wiped off.

I'm on my second bottle! It has a wonderful light fragrance, and after using it, I feel thoroughly clean. The price is nominal, and it arrived fairly quickly. I definitely plan to order more!

Great product for removing bodily excrement and odor however, any skin breakdown/openings at all and it burns big time and must be rinsed off with water. If skin is intact it's great.

I have recurring acute pancreatitis and after each hospital stay, they give me perineal cleaners and creams to help clean off easier and protect the sensitive skin area. I had received Aloe Vesta 3-n-1 Cleansing Foam 8 fl.oz and loved it. When I was prepping for my Gall Bladder surgery (removal), I couldn't find the foam but found this Aloe Vesta Spray Skin Cleanser and assumed it was similar. IT IS NOT. It DOES WORK GREAT if you do not have any acute or recurring issues...ie: when things are 'normal' this is perfect! You can spray yourself or your cleaning paper (dry or wet flushable wipes) and it works great with no issues. However if the area is raw and things are painful, this simply isn't emolliant enough to not be abrasive but SOMEHOW this formula compared to the foam STINGS REAAAALLY bad!!! I thought perhaps I was just having a rough time but when I used the foam version instead, there was no stinging and everything worked great! So we'll use this for 'normal' BMs to be clean but if you are dealing with GI issues and the skin is inflammed and sensitive, Aloe Vesta's Foam version has my vote instead.
If you are new to these issues, besides a great, effective, gentle cleanser, some of your best friends will be Perineal Creams (I'm still searching for a favorite...Aloe Vesta's stings something awful when the area is raw BUT works as a great preventative), a Perineal Squirt water bottle to rinse with or Bidet and some gentle wipes (take note that some are flushable and some are not).

This is an excellent product. It has a very clean and refreshing fragrance and can be used as part of a regular bath. Because it sprays, it also cleans hard-to-reach places. Outstanding product.

I purchased the Aloe Vista after using the remaining portion from a hospital visit. It worked really well to help keep the area around my leg ulcer clean and bacteria free. It helped keep common skin bacteria from entering the wound.

The biggest surprise was when I was visited by my great-neice who is battling acne. Her forhead is covered and she's having trouble treating it. I used a cotton pad, sprayed with the cleaner and swiped it across her forehead. Within a few days the acne started to clear. One round pad, one spray, and one swipe. Then start over with a new cotton round. Her forehead is perfect yet, but it is soooooo much better. The cost is affordable and it is working.

Prompt delivery made it possible to give this as a gift to a woman requesting help in purchasing this lotion that she used daily because it gave her relief. I was very pleased that I was able to locate the lotion for her. Reports say she was very pleased with this gift.

This stuff works as claimed. A friendly nurse cracked out with a bottle of this stuff while doing her thing and ever since, I've been passing on the good word about it. Plus, Amazon has great pricing!!!
