This book contains many recipes, with a new approach to Hawiaiin cooking. Many dishes that I didn't expect. We particularly liked the Hale'iwa Barbecued Pork ribs. Also, some interesting and exotic desserts and drinks. It is well illustrated; also the categories are reasonable.
