1.0 out of 5 stars proofreaders and Editors are your friend August 20, 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
As I read this book, I wanted to get out my red pen and begin editing and correcting all the errors I discovered. There are a multitude of spelling errors, grammar errors and places where spell check proclaimed the words to be spelled correctly, however, the wrong words were used. Please find good people to read and edit these books prior to self publishing. Computers are wonderful devices, but nothing beats the human eye and brain when it comes to proofreading.

Poorly written, characters are not likeable or believable. Not even worth getting the sample to check it out. waste of time.

1.0 out of 5 stars Painful May 3, 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
While the premise behind the story is decent, the delivery is not. I could even get past some spelling errors (including spelling your own characters names wrong) if it didn't read like a 3rd grade book report. The story line is rushed to the point of not being believable. Too much time is spent on every move of a character making it more like filler as if the author was trying to stretch the length of this short book.

1.0 out of 5 stars Not worth the read May 3, 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
The author writes with a child-like quality, as though written by a young teenager with little to no actual life experiences. Although the plot was "okay," something was definitely lost in the translation due to the quality of the writing.

1.0 out of 5 stars not so great September 14, 2013
By kk
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
Extremely poor editing, incorrect use of language and dreadful punctuation spoiled an otherwise good story! Surely an author knows the difference between 'necked' and 'naked', or it's and it's?! Too many other mistakes to list.

1.0 out of 5 stars Really, really bad writing! August 27, 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
I read a lot of books and this is by far the worst writing I've read. Simplistic writing, almost a list of what is happening, no feeling or details of each scene. If that isn't painful enough, there are numerous spelling and word errors where the reader is left to try to interpret what the writer is saying! I'm surprised there are several books by these authors! Really not worth a free read!

I think this book was very predictable and was just run of the mill. I really prefer books with more substance.

Poorly written. Completely predictable. I feel like a child could have written a better book than this. Not even sure why I finished it.

This book didn't have much of a plot. The editing wasn't done very well, either. I would not recommend it.

3.0 out of 5 stars Fair
For a short story it was not bad but pretty predictable. The events are kind of thrown together to make this story.

This book shows that the author knows nothing about police procedures or forensics. There are several contradictions in this story; for example, the character hears something but... Read more
