Put this CD in your stereo & this man will take you where ever it is you want to go. Doug Smith plays to you. Buy your ticket, sit down, & listen quietly. You will enjoy every note.

This is a solo acoustic guitar album. Smith's playing displays virtuosity and his writing is creative, accessible, and unique all at once. Its like listening to music from a parallel reality: it has much in common with what you've heard, but its different. This is true artistry, and really one of my favorite albums.

If you love the sound of a well played steel string acoustic guitar buy this NOW! Smiths orignial songs have distinct melodies which linger long after the disc is done. Forget all the New Age noodlers...this is beautiful music with gusto!

Having listened to this CD 3 or 4 times, I remain amazed that a single person is playing. If you like solo acoustic guitar, add this CD to your collection.

Doug Smith has got to be the finest acoustic guitarist there is today. No one has a greater sense of melody, rhythm, and bass line all combined at the highest level of intricacy. Cannot recommend it highly enough!
