For your coffee table ...,

This review is from: Along the Colorado Trail (Paperback)
The pictures are OK but the writing is simply awful! This is not a good introduction to the Colorado Trail. Displaying this book on your coffee table may suggest that you have an interest in hiking, but the book isn't good for much else.

It is not the book to map out and plan your Colorado Trail hike. There are great resources for that. This is a book filled with absolutely beautiful photos that includes a nice story with a bit of humor.
