This book is used in many Learning Support courses and is a very vital tool. It includes a good explanation of basic grammar rules and a host of exercises to apply the rules learned. I do wish that more attention was given to areas like common spelling errors and commas, which many people find confusing. I've used this textbook in many Learning Support classes, and my students were always very pleased with it.
