I take Alpha Hoodia 2x a day and it does a great job at controlling my appetite. Since I've been on it, I've lost 5 lbs and feel an extra boost of energy all day. I live a very hectic lifestyle and don't always have the ability to hit the gym and eat right. It was definitely showing in my waist line.
