About the Author

Keith R. Lyman, J.D., CFP, has been practicing law for more than 20 years. He is a member of the American Bar Association; Indiana Bar Association; Probate, Trust, and Real Property section of the Indiana Bar Association; National Association of Estate Planners; and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He is also a certified financial planner and frequent speaker on estate-planning issues.

Keith R. Lyman, J.D., CFP, graduated from Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas, in 1978, and is a member of the American Bar Association, Indiana Bar Association, Probate, Trust, and Real Property section of the Indiana Bar Association, Terre Haute Bar Association, National Association of Estate Planners and Councils, and the National Academy _of Elder Law Attorneys. Mr. Lyman has spoken twice for the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum on the topics of "Drafting Your First Trust Under $650,000" and "Drafting Your First Trust Under $675,000."
