This is a perfect background for relaxing. Use it during dinner, sitting by the fireplace, or when reading a book. Be careful, you may fall asleep before the third song, but maybe that is what you want to do.

I don't know anything about alpha waves, but I do know that this music is relaxing.

I am a caregiver and I know our day will go well if I can keep our environment calm. I use this music in the morning and through breakfast. I may also play the themes when we lay down for a rest. We both need it...

Doc Jude (as we lovingly call her at our house) supplied us with her Alpha Waves CD after the birth of our twins.

First, a quick review of our situation. I'm an airline pilot and am out of town for 3 to 4 days per week. My wife owns and operates a small business with 20 employees. We have a 5 year old boy and 12 month old twins. I have a golf habit.

We are busy.

Sleep is good.

I am 100% convinced that Doc Jude's CD helps our twins sleep longer, and through the night at a younger age. I don't understand exactly how it works (flying airplances isn't brain surgery after all) but I know it works.

This is a great gift for parents of a newborn. Maybe not as much fun as oohing and aahing over a cute outfit or toy but....sleep is good.

I do not normally take the time to review anything but this cd is the best "music" I've ever owned. I hated paying $25.00 for it but it was so worth it. I work full time and have diabetes and high blood pressure. When I start to feel stressed at work or even just tired, I put this on and feel so relaxed and focused. I play it over & over again. It is never boring which I don't really get but do appreciate. I highly recommend spending the money on this. It even relaxes my two young dogs!

I consider myself fortunate receiving this cd.
Bedtime is eagerly anticipated since settling in with a book and listening to this relaxing collection.
This is a "must have" for anyone needing help turning their brain off at night.
