Teach kids the alphabet with a different kind of picture book: one which invites a treasure hunt through crazy worlds where poodles paint, crows ride in corncob cars, frog nurses administer care, and more. Each page holds a caption telling how many 'a' 'b' or other letter objects appear on the colorful image-laden page: it's up to the kids to find and identify them!

This book is just fascinating.
We got it from the library and it kept my five year old's attention (and mine!) for well over a week. It is really hard to find all the illustrations for any given letter, even for adults. It was great fun to work together on this each evening. Really fun quality time. I highly recommend this book and will be getting it for both Trey's cousins for Christmas!

It was not easy to find the hidden words and even an adult can enjoy this.

Anything by John Nickle is going to entertain not only the little ones, but the adults as well. I look forward to anything this man puts on our bookshelves.

Builds spelling skills, thinking skills, counting skills - this is a treat for your family. The illustrations are funny and engaging, and there is an answer key at the back. If you are giving a teacher a book, consider giving this one. It is a giant book of fun.
