At his 60th birthday party, a judge for the upcoming Grand National Dog Show falls to his death from a balcony. The attendants at the party are all prominent dog breeders, along with the dogs they plan to enter in the big show. Do any of them have something to gain by rubbing out the judge? Read the mystery story, then assemble two 500 piece jigsaw puzzles. One puzzle shows the crime scene, and the other shows further evidence of the crime. The puzzle was clever. It was a little harder than expected because there was no picture which showed what the final assembled puzzle should look like. The box was only a partial picture. Overall, however, a good birthday present.

It was different working on a puzzle without a picture but it turned out to be a fun challenge. The whole family helped in solving the mystery, while the puzzle lovers built the two jigsaws. The first alphabet mystery puzzle I ordered was such a success that I bought two more.

The Mystery Puzzles are a challenge to get the outside edges of the two seperate puzzles...but once you have those they fall into place rather quickly. Took me a week to complete B is for Birthday! Can't wait to start the next one...
