Bought this back up camera to go with my Alpine INA-W900BT It works great night or day and was truly just plug and play. I would recommend this for anyone who is picking up an Alpine head unit with the camera display option.

I have an Alpine INA-W900BT head unit and this camera could not have been easier to set up. It is literally a one-wire installation. No need for an external video processor, no need to wire it in for power; it simply takes power from the head unit. The picture is very good, even at night. I have had a variety of rear-view cameras and so far this one is easily my favorite.

One warning, the screws on the supplied 'cage' are spring-loaded so be careful when you remove them as they can go flying across the room and be difficult to find again (ask me how I know hehe).

My only gripe (minor) is that I wish they would give you (or provide separately for a decent price) an adapter to let you use this with an RCA input based system; this is tailored to be Alpine only. That probably evokes a "well duh, an Alpine unit is Alpine only? Where is the surprise?" reaction on the part of the reader. However, if you look around what you will find is that there are a number of units from JVC, Kenwood, etc that seem to be identical (gray market?) but provide more options. It would be nice to know that down the road, I could use this camera for other purposes but that isn't going to happen.

Still, great camera, good price.. You won't be sorry with this unit.

Very pleased with this camera. It's very small but rugged, light weight and good price. I'm running it through a Alpine ixa-w404 and the install was super easy. 1 harness easy plug and play. Picture looks excellent. A little fuzzy at night but way better than most I have seen and used. Would recommend.

just installed with my Alpine deck and was very impressed with the view angle and image clarity. I can see both my receiver ball and a clear view of anything behind me at the same time.
