I was hesitant at first but found a good price so why not. You can not beat this. I repeat you can not beat this. Sure you can only use this with certain Alpine head units, who cares. I never knew what I was missing until I installed this in my 2007 Dodge Ram. Head unit is an Alpine D106, front and rear doors are MB Quart components, extra set of MB Quart tweeters overhead rear deck, 2 10" punch slims push by an MB quart 200 X 2 bridged amp, and the Din sized alpine center channel. Took me a bit of playing around with the settings to get everything like I wanted and when I did, the system woke up.

Everything you need for a true 5.1 surround sound in your vehicle is in this one neat little package. I was looking at purchasing a sepearate amp in addition to an Alpine digital processor when I came across this little gem. Saved me at least from having to pay 400-500 more dollars to get where I am at today. At 50 X 5 it is may be just a tad underpowered but I'm nowhere near to complaining.

Note, make sure to change the switches on the side of the head unit to EQ from the Normal settings.

I put in Plant/Page No Quarter and went straight to Kashmir. This sounded phenominal. Next beginning scene of Saving Private Ryan, incredible. Jurrasic Park T-Rex scene? You start dodging around looking for the critter.
