I started playing Rocksmith at the start of Nov and love the 2014 version, hate the original tho but its really not matter since I purchased the upgrade pack so all those songs I can play on 2014. I recently just got a bass, and my main problem with Rocksmith is it only supports 2 players (heck, I had to buy another controller for no real reason, just to use to get that feature to work, despite using controller 1 to set all game play settings).
My question is how good is it at guitar tab. I just started learning it, and how rocksmith teaches you is completely upside down, which I understand...but would like something to help speed that up. I'm curious about this, also for the song library. I'm totally going to get the Muse rocksmith DLC pack when that pack arrives on Tues for ps3 (yeah yeah yeah, songs are already available) but for $3 a song rocksmith charges just to get access to some new songs and for tablature this seems worth atleast considering to buy but that just me. Just wish there was more indepth videos about this, like getting a foundation on rocksmith first, then using this to supplement what you know. And I've rambled, but I'm guessing the rocksmith real tone cables wont work with this right.

Just want to interject here and let you know that you can invert the display on the Rocksmith games. Specifically:

String inversion is available to switch High and Low E Strings.
This is selected under Options->String Layout-> Inverted/Standard

Not to discourage you from purchasing this title, as I'm quite interested in it myself. But it sure would be nice to get as much out of your Rocksmith purchases as possible. Good luck!
