Doesn't fit my small head,

As other reviews have said, the bass sucks, but my biggest issue is that they are not adjustable for size, and they keep slipping off my ears because of the flexible nature of the design; especially when I'm on the treadmill, I can't keep them over my ears.I still own my old pair of Sony over-the-ear headphones, and I thought the Oyoyos would be a good replacement, but now I have to use the Sonys at the gym and the Oyoyos on the train.

doesnt fit my big head,

Deccent sound at modest volumes but a mess at higher volumes, particularly the base. What's worse however is the fit, they pop off at any movement and dont block out ambient noise-not very useful at the gym for example. Altec can do better.

Been using my x-mas present for a week now. Totally hated these things from the start but said I'd give them a week. In that time I've come to love these things for the awesome sound they give to vocals.Played Alison Krauss through them and it's like heaven, crisp, clean, the breathy raspy quality of her voice detail shines through. I'd only recommend these for acoustic guitar type recordings, vocals, spoken work (books on tape). There's a great spacial quality, like the headphones are further away from your ears than they really are. Very dynamic. However, there is ABSOLUTELY NO BASS. Sounds like plastic-like thuds that don't really amount to anything. There is no depth. It's like the person singing is right there in the same room as you, it's that clear. But it's like the person with the drums is in the next room with the door closed. What's up with that? Bizzare that headphones could be so bi-polar. I would not recommend buying these to anyone. Since I can't take them back, I'll reserve them for listening to Alison. Buy at your own risk.

I expected more from an Altec Lansing product. I was very disappointed that they were so awkward and uncomfortable on my head. As the other reviews have said, the sound quality is poor and they pop off my head if I try to wear them at the gym. Basically, I tried wearing them for 2 days but ended up returning them (paying for shipping of course) and buying a better made product for the same price.

Good...Until they Break,

These have been nice headphones until recently...because of there simple and light design, they broke on me (the left speaker was crushed). Just to make sure (because they are pointless now) i tested the strength on the other speaker, and it gave way easily...Don't EVER put these in an bag, which is anoying because i use headphones a lot and put them in a bag (backpack) when i'm done.As for when I did have the phones, the treble was extreme and crisp, but for the bass i had to turn it up on the equalizer in my Sony Walkman, to hear any bass.

Not bad,

Good sound, pretty comfortable. My biggest complaint would be the lack of privacy, people around you can hear what you are listening to.
