100% Organic Red Quinoa
Basic Cooking: One cup of quinoa for 2 people. Rinse the quinoa thoroughly and drain. Add one cup of quinoa to 2 cups of water in a saucepan. Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat and let simmer until all the water has evaporated (approximately 15 minutes). For best results, add a pinch of salt before serving.

This is a pretty good product. The red has a little more chew than the white quinoa but it isn't crunchy. Easy to make and a good switch from rice.Published 20 months ago by hmmrav10
