I've had this queen-size set for over one year now and, for the price, am very satisfied.

The crisp look you see in the photo is tough to maintain because it is a thin cotton that wrinkles easily. I use a spray starch on the duvet and pillow shams to keep them looking new. Washing is tough to avoid since the white really shows any food stains easily (what?! eating in bed?! guilty.). Having said that, the duvet cover is easily taken on and off for washing. After you've done it once it might take you 2-3 min each time.

Unless you REALLY don't notice the difference in quality among sheets of different thread counts, you will want to dispense with the set that comes in this package. Super low thread count, super thin material, super wrinkly (I mean IMPOSSIBLE to press) and even a bit scratchy. It's too bad because they're a great look with the duvet and pillows. The sheets are very generous in depth so they would work fine for pillow tops.

Well, this review is thus far too negative for my overall rating so let me emphasize that the set really looks like the photo, it is very beautiful & welcoming, yet gender-neutral. For a lower-use room, such as a guest room, it will appear that you spent a fortune on your bedding--as long as you use your own sheet set!
