I take many medications at night before bed, some of which tear my stomach up-even with food. This product seems to calm my stomach down and helps me to sleep better. I do not like that it contains alcohol, however, as that is something I am not supposed to mix with a few of my medications. But I am desperate for relief and it is working for me. (I take about a half of teaspoon and let it assimilate under my tongue before bed.)
