This review is from: Alternative Health Options & Forty Years of MS (Paperback)
This book is one man's story of multiple sclerosis. It is a candid, straightforward account of where he has been and where he is today. It has many informative references which allow this book to be used as a comprehensive reference for those suffering from MS, their caregivers, and their physicians. He describes his disease process and how he reached his improved condition today. Charles is not one to sit back and accept things. He must find out, explore, try, and challenge existing pardigms to find out for himself what works and what does not. The book is easy to read, in a logical format. He describes his overall condition as better, with a sense of well-being, with such symptoms as numbness noticeably better then one year ago. This is a must read for those with MS. I respect Charles for his wonderful attitude, for not giving up, and for showing us that drugs are not the only way to work with this disease. Congratulations!
