Hard to swallow,

I was fooled by the title of this book thinking that I would find more direct information. Some of the recomendations found here are quite dangerous in the wrong hands. The advice that I found related to clearing of sinuses actually did more harm than good and I missed several days of work as a result. Use with caution.
