Most Helpful Customer Reviews

8 of 8 people found the following review helpful By consulting professor on September 20, 2009
Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
The fascinating, diverse, readable, jargon-free essays in this splendid book, some by eminent professionals and some in the voices of patients, told me more about the human experience and the state of psychiatry today than the excellent year's fellowship I took at a prestigious psychiatric institution. The book is of importance to anyone interested in the human experience and the human mind.
