The Instrument arrived on time for the Holidays. However, we could play it out till the new school year. The F Key does not play properly. I contacted the vendor (Austin Bazaar) and they said the 30 day warranty had passed so they would not address it. I contacted Amazon and they pretty were unhelpful in resolving the problem. The instrument has a basic defect and is at a music shop getting repaired. Basically Buyer Beware!!! Very poor customer service all the way around.

My experience was excellent. Order processing was faster than shown in web info and the delivery was also much quicker than expected. It was less than 72 hour from order to delivery without special handling. From CA to WA. Exceeded my expectations. Recommand to anyone. "
