The product holds up fairly well over time. I have used another of these for over two years which is being replaced soon by this one just ordered. Be mindful that it will be hard on your door so don't put it on one that you care about or that somebody else will soon inherit when you move out. It won't do more than damage the door's appearance, though, so don't worry about pulling it off of its frame.
It is very versatile while giving a sufficient amount of resistance for moderate to light exercise. Well worth the money but if you are a body builder skip this one and shell out more for gym membership with tougher more durable equipement.

My wife and I both enjoy using the Home Door Gym. I recommend this product to anyone who doesn't have time to commute to a remote workout facility or someone who doesn't have space for workout equipment.

The great thing about resistance training is you can do it everyday. This thing is versitle and solid. You get sore and tired but not like when lifting weights. You still need to use weights at some point with this type of product but it's a great start and adjunct to a workout. I've been transforming my body using it and love it.

I've had one of these for about 3 years now and am replacing it because, finally, after very frequent and repeated use, almost daily for the last 2 years, the elastic is beginning to lose its spring. There are a number of different exercises that can be done with the door gym, and a full explanation, with pictures, comes with it. I use it as a supplement to my regular work out because it's perfect for building up those muscle sets used when pulling yourself along with ski poles. You, of course, can use it for pretty much everything else, though. It's solidly made and holds up well. I just wish I could've bought replacement resistance bands. I sent an email to the company (Altus Athletic) but never got a response. Too bad. Still, I recommend the product.

Wonderful product, great for increasing flexibility. Arthritis runs in my family especially back arthritis, this is a great tool for stretching and flexing the back muscles. My back hasn't felt this great in years. And I can lift things again that were starting to be troublesome but no longer are. I can lift my arms over my head without any issues. If you have noticed that you are starting to be limited in you upper mobility, I would definitely recommend this product for you. And it only requires minutes a day to use.

The door gym is very easy to set up and is good for light to moderate resistance. This product is definately worth the $30.00 I paid for it. It also makes a great travel gym to take with you on vacation as it fits most doors.

I highly recommend this product. It's exactly as promised--easy to install and gives you a very good work out.

I used bands to recover from shoulder surgery and thought I'd give these a try. They did fine. I got another set and use 2 of them for strength building. Don't count on bulking up, but for toning while losing weight, they work well. Plus, since they hang on the back of the door they don't take up much room.

I gave this product as a gift to my husband and he has been using it every day. Its an easy to use light weight gym i have seen. Works well on the muscles. I never was able to exercise so well on my leg muscles as i do with this one. Small and can be hidden in any corner.

The Altus door gym is a quality product. It is easy to use and portable if you need something to take along if you travel in your work. I have bought 4 of these so far, for home, office, and gifts for family members. One of my sons had one and recommended it to me.
