For the price, this seemed like it would be a good exercise ball for me. However, this ball did not have as sturdy a feel as one I'd been using at the gym. I think the skin of the ball was thinner and just did not feel as firm and sturdy as the one I'd been using. Also, I was at the short end of the height recommended for this size ball, and I should have purchased the next size smaller. That was my mistake. It seemed to be of good construction, but just didn't work out for me. I gave it to a friend and bought another ball that works better for me.
