I am so glad I purchased this strap. I wanted to do cable kickbacks at the gym, but they didn't have an ankle strap attachment. It is easy to use and I keep it in my car so I don't leave it at home.

After ~20 sets of 20 reps, 20-30 lbs, D ring separated and the nylon D-ring attachment ripped. Totally worthless. Try another product.

good product. durable. would recommend it to anyone looking for ankle straps. i use the straps for ab exercises and they are a good product. the description on product is very good.

I ordered two of these to use when i go to the gym. I hate having to wait for others to finish using the straps and sometimes the gym doesn't even have them. I started purchasing my own attachment to take with me to ensure that I get the best workout that I can when I go n the gym. They don't slide and they aren't too tight or uncomfortable. they are very adjustable and I even use them on my wrist when doing other cable exercises to give my hands a break from gripping.

I bought this strap at a sporting goods store primarily to do leg exercises on the cable machines at the gym. Only after a few uses the velcro strap stitching started to come undone. I repaired the stitching and soon after doing so the velcro just wouldn't hold any weight. The strap slides off your ankle and you become mighty embarrassed as the cable weight goes slamming down.
I'd buy a pair with a buckle to be safe but those kind are expensive.

The ring is split, and when I was doing Reverse Hypers, the ring bent and separated.

Fortunately, I have a welder, and was able to spin the ring, weld it solid, grind it smooth, and re-orient to to fix their horrible design. Alternatively, you could replace it with another ring that is complete instead of split (like a key ring), but it's crazy you have to do this on a new product to make it work.

As others have mentioned, if the ring fails someone could get hurt.

If you try and use more than 90 lb, it will unstrap and you will hit someone in the butt with your heel.

This is a good quality product at a good price. It fits comfortably and I have not had any problems with the construction.
