This kit contains a thermal training suit, waist trimmer band and a jump rope. The outfit fits most body types, but is probably best for those in the average to pudgy range. The key is to remember the outfit is a thermal training suit and not sweats, and may not have quite so much "give" for a larger framed individual. Fantastic for a workout, and if you are too large for the training suit it makes another incentive goal for your workouts to be able to wear the suit by X date. These kits usually retail around $30, which is not too bad for what you get. Individually, they'd run closer to $50 - and the suit alone could run that high depending on brand and store.
At very FIRST wearing, as I'm 15 minutes into an elliptical workout - and yes, sweating a LOT - I felt a coolness around the crotch area. Like air to a sweaty area, cool, and sure enough the ENTIRE AREA WAS RIPPED OPEN!!
I also have an Everlast sauna suit that I've had and used for OVER THREE YEARS with NO damage. It's thick and durable, but it's ugly and ROBOT SILVER, which is why I got this Altus one so that I could blend in a little better at the gym and not feel embarrassed. Needless to say, having the crotch area ripped apart was 10x more embarrassing.
I think I'll just look around to see if Everlast has another color.

It took about 2 weeks for me to recieve this order and I was sooooo excited about using the product. I wore it during my 30 minute cycling workout and YES I did sweat ALOT and it felt great. I went to take the top off, and I was not rough with it nor did it stick to my body and the left sleeve ripped off. It didnt rip at the seem but went from the middle of my neck ((where the buttons are)) down through the Altus logo and under the arm pit back up to the neck. I was so very shocked and so very upset.
Please dont make the same mistake as me...do not waste your money on this product.

It may not be the best of the best
After a few uses everything is still holding up well! It is definitely worth the price.
