I am a tennis player and I was looking for something to help me sharpen my reflexes so I ordered this ball/ This thing works great. At first its very frustrating because I couldn't get to any of the bounces but after about 2 weeks of using it I was getting 99% of them. This helped tremendously on my tennis skills as well. I can get a lot more tough volleys at the net as well as just knowing where the ball is at all times. Bottom line, I would recommend this to any athlete who needs a little reflex help!
