Works great. I bought one for foot ball to help becoming more agile. I feel a a huge difference in about 2 weeks for use it about 30 min for 5 days a week. you can also change the distance between the rungs easily. I highly recomend this. plus it doesnt break the bank

this ladder is great, but you will need some steaks to hold it down. the slightest touch will cause the ladder to crumple, but this is b/c it's so lightweight. I'd buy the same one again if needed.
