I just recently got this for my dell laptop and as the previous review mentioned this was a great choice at a great price. Other aluminum briefcases are on average $30 more. This briefcase comes with a easy to put on strap and take off strap for running through the airport. The briefcase comes with a easy to move divider to give the laptop the room it needs and creates room on the other side for the mouse and power cord. I throw two spare batteries in the pouch and I'm off. I can highly recommend this to others who have a 15 inch screen and lower.

I was looking for something to handle my day to day activities and be able to hold my MacBook, but I did not want to spend a fortune. I took a chance and am glad I did. It has been in use since December and is holding up great. There is plenty of room for folders, papers, pens, flash drives, notebooks and my laptop. It looks sleek and professional looking. I would highly recommend this briefcase.

It's a slimline case, for sure. But it works for me, so I'm not lugging around a bunch of stuff I don't need. This case looks great - it forces me to take just the essentials. I have a 15" laptop, adapter, a Kindle DX, some pens and I still have space for a couple of average sized files. That's about it.

I took it on a trip to NYC and it worked great.

Can't set the combo. It opens no matter what numers are set. I've already wasted an hour on it. The instructions are three sentences long. Help!!

Fri 10/21 - called the company tonight. I did like that they take calls til midnight though the help line is not available on the weekends. After one dropped call and a long on hold, I talked to someone who spent several mins taking all the product info from me and my home and cell numbers. But then instead of addressing the problem, she told me someone would call me back who knew the product.

Sat 10/22 - no return call from the company. Needed a locking briefcase today so bought a (soft sided) solo brand one at Staples for 26.95$

Mon 10/24 - got a nice phone voice mail and email stating to return the product in the original packaging for a refund. I hope this company is planning to refund the shipping to and from me as well as the 39.99$ price of the aluminum briefcase. I'm increasing the stars from one to two.

I found the latches to be flimsy and temperamental I had trouble opening the case and I returned it

This briefcase fits my 14" Asus Laptop with just enough space on the sides to keep my mouse, power cord, and power adapter but it is very slim so you cant fit books that are too big or much else inside of it. The durability seems pretty good, its made out of aluminum and plastic (mostly aluminum) but it tends to be a little bit on the heavy side. The combination on the lock can be reset to anything you like, as many times as you like just remember the instructions or keep them in a safe place in case you forget them.

Overall I am satisfied with my purchase, this aluminum case protects my laptop alot better then the fabric case that came with my laptop, I just wish I could carry a little more more stuff inside of this case and that it was a little bit lighter while still maintaining its durability.

I bought this case for my dad and within 2 weeks I noticed that it was dented. I asked my dad if it had arrived damaged in shipping and he said no, that he had already dropped it! But the laptop was safe and unharmed so the case certainly served its purpose, and it still functions just fine.

This is a nice product. I used it for a Biometric presentation and it gave me such a professional presentation to my audience.

Price is also good < USD 40. I tried buying 5 more but cost of shipping wasnt just right

This case is a nice option for computers. There is an organizer in the top portion and a nylon security strap and a moveable velcro bar to stabilize the laptop in the case. I think it will suit my purposes well.

I purchased the briefcase for a trip i was going on that recommended a hard shelled case.I did a little research,since i did not want
to spend much more that $100. This seemed to be the choice.( i guess you get what you pay for.)
The briefcase did what I was wanting it to do -protect my lap top computer.
However,there were a couple of flaws with the case.
#1. My electrical cords really did not fit easily inside the case . My computer was 15" and the extra space on the side of
the case was not deep/wide enough for the cords.( i have a mac that has a big adapter for an outlet)
#2. There was only one strap to secure the computer in the case-there was another strap that was free floating with velcro,
but i found it pretty useless, since it would not stay attached.
#3.The top part where you could put papers in was adequate ,but could have another strap to secure it better,and might
have been a little deeper.
#4 .I would have loved to have some kind of shoulder strap,dashing thru the airport would have been much easier.

All in all an okay case , if i had to do over again ,i probably would not have purchased this case.
