Bought TWO of these because we keep a kosher home -- needed one for dairy pizzas and one for pareve -- and after making two pizzas at the same time, the two screens went directly into the garbage, which is what they were to begin with, and where they belonged.

The pizza dough completely stuck to the [alleged] "crisper" during baking, and could not be removed after baking, which meant the pizzas had to be TORN off of the screens to even be partially eaten. It was an ugly business for sure!

I should have bought pizza stones, even though they are considerably more expensive. These screens are NOT a good alternative to the stones! Either go with your pizza pan as is, or invest in a stone (or stones, if you keep kosher, too!), but skip these silly, useless "crispers."
