Grill Mongolian Bar-b-q with soy sauce, onions, sugar, garlic, with steamed rice it is great food..the pan catches the seasoned sauce from the cooked beef, the sauce is great with steamed rice and veggies..an out of this world Korean dish..Great pan!! Great price!! Easy to use..clean..
