Average product. Transferring pictures is not easy. Menu options are also difficult. Biggest problem is aspect ratio. Be default, pictures are not fitting in the frame and they are appearing too small. By zooming, they appear stretched. This is because of the aspect ratio of the frame. All the pictures will have to be adjusted according to the aspect ratio of the frame which is a pain. I also bought HP DF1010B3 which is slightly more expensive but phenomenal. It is much better in looks and it started playing slideshow the moment SD card was inserted. All the pictures are coming perfectly. I wish I could return this frame but I cannot as I have bought it as a gift and I am leaving the country next week.

I purchased this for my wife's b-day. It was very easy to set up. Has wonderful picture quality. It was shipped very fast and item was exactly as described. You'd be foolish to pay more for anything else. Would definitely recommend!

I really liked this frame. It looks nice, displays pictures well, plays music and video. However it gets the green screen lockup after only a couple hours. You must then unplug it and replug it, then it does it again. The company had a promotion giving a 4gb SD card with it. I thought well if it wont lock up when using the SD card, that would be fine with me. Bought a new frame to test this theory, put pictures on the SD card and I STILL GOT THE GREEN SCREEN! My advice Stay away from this photo frame. It just isn't worth the trouble. Too bad cause it was a good price. Well now I know why.
