I purchased one of these units about 6 weeks ago. The picture is sharp, easy setup, and I couldn't be more pleased with it. My kids managed to damage the remote control this weekend, and when I called Aluratek to purchase a new remote, they kindly offered to send me one for free. Now that's customer service. Highly recommend

The Aluratek 11 in. Digital Photo Frame is the best I've seen so far. With 1GB of Internal Memory, there is plenty of room for PICS and Music. The 1024x786 Resolution is great. The PICS I put in the frame look outstanding. I have an imac and it was just drag and drop from iphoto. I paid $208 from Ritz Camera. What a bargain. If you are looking for a Dig. Photo Frame, take a look at this one. I don't think you'll find a better frame for the money.

This frame is a piece of junk. We ordered one in November only to have it start beeping after about a month. After weeks of back and forth between myself and customer (non)service, they finally agreed to give me a replacement. That one has been working for about a month and is now flashing on and off. I'm giving up and chalking the lost $$$ up to lessons learned. Next time, I will buy a Kodak, rather than from some unknown company such as this one!
