Aluratek ADMPFB100 Universal Battery Pack for Digital Photo Frames

This is a waste of money. I charged the battery pack, connected it to the digital photo frame and it read two photographs and went dead. I replugged it into the frame and it showed two more photos and the screen went dead.

We purchased 4 battery packs to power a digital photo frame during a presentation.
After charging all of them (there were no instructions in the package) for a long period of time, we still could not get the battery packs to power the frames (even though these were the packs recommended for the digital photo frames).

I bought this to run a Digital Picture frame at my daughter's wedding reception that would showcase growing up photos of her and my new son-in-law. The battery pack worked great for the couple of practice times I used it and Murphy's Law - it would not power the frame on the day of the reception (it was fully charged). Luckily, there was a power outlet that still allowed the frame to run, just wasn't in the prominent location that was originally planned. Too bad too, it's a good idea that became unreliable.

I purchased this product because it was advertised as compatible with 9V and 12V digital picture frames. It failed to power 20+ digital frames in and in-store test. When the company was contacted with questions, they informed me the digital photo frames it was designed for were now obsolete and the battery packs were not powerful enough to work with newer state of the art frames. (I couldn't find a way to give this product zero stars. One star is generous.)

When used on a 12v picture frame this charger worked for a maximum of 2 hours. It does not work on anything besides 12v frames.
