Well, this router was dead on arrival. I spent almost an hour on the phone with their tech support (after waiting 40 minutes on hold to speak to someone), only to find out it was broken.

This router works really well but the instructions are awful. After spending too many hours trying to figure out how to set it up I called customer service and within 5 minutes it was working.
