Mr. Capone-E delivers the goods in this album, though with minor problems here and there. He does not quite have a smooth flow like Mr. Criminal, Mr. Silent, Scrappy Loco, or even Dyablo. Although his rapping style isn't rhythmically the best--Lil' Rob comes to mind, as well--it is good enough to get his point across. His music producer, Fingazz, is definitely the backbone of this record, with his intense beats and beautiful production style, with that famous West Coast flavor we all have come to love so much. Man, we can't ask for more. This record is a classic.

Although the entire album is unbelievably good from track 1 to the end, go ahead and hit the "repeat" on these ones:

Track 4, "I Like It" feat. Nate Dogg
Track 7, "Modern Day Gangster" feat. Kokane (aka Mr. Kane)
Track 8, "Say Hello" feat. Mr. Criminal, Silent & Scrappy Loco
Track 9, "LA County Most Wanted," feat. Mr. Criminal, Silent & Lil' Cuete
Track 13, "VIP"

There's been a lot of speculation that Mr. Capone-E (real name: Fahad Azam) isn't exactly Mexican-American, which leads me to ask the question: What is Mexican? Although born Pakistani by ethnicity (according to his Wikipedia entry), he was raised in a crime-infested, poverty-stricken ghetto (along side Mexicans). He grew up gangbanging with the bad element we call "homies." His speech pattern and accent is that of a Bato Cholo (Mexican-American gang banger). He looks and acts the part. He's been Mexicanized, so to speak (if such a word exists).

Bottom line--if you're looking for great Latino/Chicano rap to listen to while you're in your automobile or just having a ghetto-fabulous party, you can definitely find it in Mr. Capone-E's "Always and Forever" record. Expect nothing less from producer Fingazz and the Hi-Power Soldiers. This is a solid album.

Other records worth checking out if you like this one: "A Soldier's Story" by Mr. Capone-E; and "Ryder Muzic" by Mr. Criminal. Nate Dogg is featured in both of these albums--and we all know that whatever this man spits on turns to gold!

First of all this PUNK over here so called MISTER CORNES thats my name for him he always be way out of line. Talking some smack about Akwid and even tight rapper Dyablo. We all know how tight Mr Copone E is. Hes got some really chingon flows like Always And Forver, I Like It, Modern Day Gangster and Dead Man Walking. These are just some of his firme raps but as for MISTER CORNES for (corny) I think he needs to get his facts straight cause this little vato got problems cause look, naw you know what??? MISTER CORNES if you ever read this I want you to know that I have read all your reviews and I think I only found 1 that you wrote for a good review all your other reviews are making fun of the rappers and you know what else??? I wanna hear you rap!!! Ese you think you know everything!!! I wanna see you rap then!!! We see whos really bad you nothing but a crap talker you know Mr Capone E is a firme rapper YOU JUST JELIOUS YOU CANT RAP LIKE HIM!!! Ok you really wanna know how I know you are not right about what you say in your reviews??? Because I look at all the other reviews and they got a 4 to 5 star rating.
