Item title states "56-count Packages (Pack of 2), which would be a total of 112 pads ($0.21/count). I received ONE 56-count Package, for a total of 56 pads ($0.42/count).
Called Amazon Customer Service. They are shipping missing item, one-day shipping free of charge. Gotta love Amazon! The pads themselves are great, perform as described.
